Please note: we at TetroVideo feel proud of the extreme family we have and we are very kind and compassionate, but rudeness is something we will not tolerate, so please be patient and we will support the best we can to our more gentle customers ONLY!!

WHICH REGION(S) ARE YOUR BLU-RAYS AND DVDS?
All of our Blu-rays and DVDs are REGION FREE unless otherwise stated in the product description

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We at TetroVideo like to give every horror fan the opportunity to view our messed up films so we ship all over the world. TetroVideo ships from within Europe.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

WHICH PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Paypal or Credit Card.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE?
Approximately 10 days within Europe. Approximately 30 days for worldwide

WILL I BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I PRE ORDER?
Please note that pre-orders are charged immediately upon placing your pre-order.

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
After you have placed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us. If you do not receive a notification please ensure that your email is correct and that you have checked all of your folders (spam, junk, promotions, etc). Add office@tetrovideo.com to your email contact list so that you will ensure to receive order confirmations and shipping notifications. Also, if you were charged by PayPal or Stripe, this is a positive indication that we have received your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Please email office@tetrovideo.com stating your order number to have your order cancelled within 24 hours. If the refund is accepted, the fees from the original transaction are not returned to you.
We don’t cancel orders after 24 hours but you can ask your money back to Paypal or to your Credit Card bank. Please consider that in some cases this practice leads to a ban from our shop.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders that do not contain pre-order items are typically sent out within 5-7 business days.

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
Orders that do contain pre-orders are typically sent out within 20-30 business days.
Please check our announcement bar on the website for updates about pre-orders and shipping details.
Orders that contain any pre-order items will begin shipping out on or shortly before the stated release date (early viewing) .

WHERE IS MY ORDER? / WHY HASN’T MY ORDER ARRIVED YET?
If your order has already been shipped, then you can use the tracking code to find out where your package is and updates. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to control the time it take to deliver to you. Please contact your local post office or delivery depot to inquire about your package by providing them with your tracking number.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
If, for ANY reason, your parcel is returned to us (due to an incorrect shipping address, or you failed to collect it from the Post Office etc), then of course we will be happy to resend it. However, please be aware that you will have to cover the costs of re-shipping it.
If the mistake was on our end, we will happily send you out a replacement.

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
When they leave us, our products will be in mint condition and packaged very carefully. Hopefully they will arrive safely. Postal damage is rare, but it does happen sometimes, so please be aware of this before placing an order. Please expect to occasionally receive slipcovers and cases that have corner bumps etc.
We can only accept exchanges for items that are defective or arrive damaged. Please contact office@tetrovideo.com within 72 hours of receipt with order information and pictures showing any damage. This exchange policy is valid for 15 days from receipt of goods.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST. TRACKING SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
Please contact your local post office or delivery depot. Any lost goods should be taken up with your local post office as is no longer our responsibility as we have no means of control.
